All products should be kept away from chemicals such as perfumes and creams and should not come into contact with water. Handcrafted products are recommended to be used with care and attention.
Warranty and Modification
As the Bayemeyc brand, we offer all our products under a 1-year warranty. During our warranty period, any malfunction not caused by misuse will be repaired free of charge. Additionally, we provide unlimited maintenance for all our products, excluding misuse. Misuse is not covered by the warranty. After the warranty period expires, we offer repair services for your products at a cost. Repair operations are limited to the materials available in our stock. Please contact us for more information about the maintenance and repair of your products.
Exchange and Return
The product return/exchange period is 14 days from the date of delivery. Used products are not subject to return/exchange. Returns of natural pearl designs and custom-made orders are invalid under all circumstances and no refunds will be issued.
