After the warranty period expires, we offer repair services for your products at a cost. Repair operations are limited to the materials available in our stock. Exchange and Return
The product return/exchange period is 14 days from the date of delivery. Used products are not subject to return/exchange. Returns of natural pearl designs and custom-made orders are invalid under all circumstances and no refunds will be issued.
